The Bob Rumball Camp of the Deaf is the only place in Canada where Deaf children and special needs campers have the chance to swim, paddle, create, learn, meet new friends and communicate without barriers – just like hearing campers! Our goal is to ensure that no camper is ever denied those experiences, regardless of their family’s income or resources.
