Our Mission Make today better than yesterday! Our Vision The Ontario Camp of the Deaf provides a year round residential camp experience. Meeting the spiritual, social and recreational needs of all who attend has been the goal of the Camp since its first summer in the early 1960's. The vision of the Reverend Robert Rumball and the Ontario Mission of the Deaf was to reach out and have the best positive impact in the life of a child who was deaf, hard of hearing
or who has special needs. The Camp is a place where a child can understand all that is going on around them, but more importantly, be understood.
